For an instant breakfast, add approximately 4 tablespoons (50 g) of the mixture to around 90 ml of water or plant-based drink and mix until the desired consistency is reached.

The product does not require cooking.

It can also be mixed into yoghurt or used as an ingredient in smoothies, pancakes and other breakfast recipes.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep the packaging tightly sealed after each use and out of the reach of children.
