ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΧΡΗΣΗΣ

➠ Ημέρες προπόνησης: Προσθέστε 1 μεζούρα στο σέικερ σας και ρίξτε 250 ml κρύο νερό. Σκεπάστε και ανακινήστε για 20-30 δευτερόλεπτα. Καταναλώστε 1 μεζούρα 30 λεπτά πριν από την προπόνηση και 1 ακόμη μεζούρα αμέσως μετά την προπόνηση.

➠ Ημέρες χωρίς προπόνηση: Καταναλώστε 1 μεζούρα το πρωί και 1 ακόμη μεζούρα ανάμεσα στα γεύματα.

Shake: mix 1 serving (1 scoop, 33 g) with 250 ml of cold water in a shaker. On training days, take 1 serving immediately after your workout. On non-workout days, take 1 serving.
Blend: add 1 serving (1 scoop) with 200–250 ml of water and low glycaemic frozen fruit to a blender and mix. On training days, take 1 serving immediately after your workout. On non-workout days, take 1 serving between meals.
