ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΧΡΗΣΗΣ

➠ Ημέρες προπόνησης: Προσθέστε 1 μεζούρα στο σέικερ και ρίξτε 200-300 ml κρύο νερό. Καλύψτε και ανακινήστε για 20-30 δευτερόλεπτα. Καταναλώστε 1 μεζούρα 30 λεπτά πριν την προπόνηση και 1 ακόμα μεζούρα αμέσως μετά την προπόνηση.
