Το Sweet Kelp (Saccharina latisimi) γνωστό και ως sweet kombu ή ζαχαροκέλπ, ονομάστηκε έτσι καθώς στην πραγματικότητα περιέχει σακχαρίνη, μια φυσική μορφή ζάχαρης.
