    ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΧΡΗΣΗΣ

    ➠ Ημέρες προπόνησης: Αναμείξτε μία δόση προϊόντος με 250-350ml κρύο νερό ή γάλα στο σέικερ σας. Σκεπάστε και ανακινήστε για 20-30 δευτερόλεπτα. Καταναλώστε μία δόση 30 λεπτά πριν την προπόνηση και μια δεύτερη αμέσως μετά την προπόνηση.

    ➠ Ημέρες μη προπόνησης: Καταναλώστε μία δόση προϊόντος το πρωί και μια δεύτερη μεταξύ των γευμάτων.
