Καβουρδίζονται σε μικρές παρτίδες στο δικό μας βιοτεχνικό καφεκοπτείο στη Νότια Σουηδία χρησιμοποιώντας κόκκους καφέ Arabica που αγοράζονται απευθείας από μικρούς οργανικούς αγροτικούς συνεταιρισμούς στο Περού.
