ИНСТРУКЦИЯ ПО ПРИМЕНЕНИЮ

➠ В дни тренировок: положите 1 мерную ложку в шейкер и залейте 250 мл холодной воды. Накройте крышкой и встряхивайте 20–30 секунд. Примите 1 мерную ложку за 30 минут до тренировки и ещё 1 сразу после неё.

➠ В дни без тренировок: принимайте 1 мерную ложку утром и еще 1 мерную ложку между приемами пищи.

↻ Вы можете принимать больше порций в зависимости от рассчитанной нормы потребления белка.
