MountainDrop Original is a 100% pure natural Shilajit resin sourced from the Altai Mountains. Also known as Mumijo or Mumio, Shilajit is a naturally occurring herbomineral substance traditionally collected from high-altitude mountain regions.

The formula contains only pure Altai Mountain Shilajit resin, with no fillers, powders or additives. MountainDrop states that its Shilajit is hand-harvested at altitudes above 3,000 metres and carefully processed to retain its natural resin form.

Shilajit naturally contains a complex mixture of compounds, including fulvic acid, humic substances, trace minerals and other naturally occurring components. MountainDrop uses the original sticky resin format rather than converting the product into a powder or capsule.

How To Use

Measure 0.2 g (200 mg) of Shilajit using the supplied measuring spoon.

The manufacturer allows a total daily intake of 0.2–0.6 g, which can be taken at once or divided into up to three doses throughout the day.

Dissolve the measured resin in water or warm tea. Keep the liquid at 39°C or below and avoid using boiling liquid.

Allow approximately 15–20 minutes for the resin to dissolve completely, then stir thoroughly before drinking.

The measured resin can also be consumed directly by mouth.

Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily intake of 0.6 g.
