Bring rich Mediterranean flavour to your cooking with Pella’s Delicacies Mustard Sauce. Created especially for chicken and pork dishes, this lively sauce combines mild mustard, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, blossom honey, lemon juice and aromatic herbs and spices.
Mustard provides a pleasantly tangy base, while 10% extra virgin olive oil adds smoothness and depth. Blossom honey introduces gentle sweetness, balanced by white wine and concentrated lemon juice. Oregano, thyme, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, onion and garlic complete the recipe with a warm, fragrant character.
Ideal for quick skillet meals, the sauce can be added directly to browned chicken or pork and gently simmered until the meat is cooked and coated in a flavourful, creamy glaze. It is also suitable for marinades, oven-baked dishes, roasted vegetables, potatoes and homemade sauces. Its balanced combination of sweetness, acidity and spice makes it a convenient addition to everyday meals and Mediterranean-inspired recipes.
Water; mustard 20% (water, mustard seed, wine vinegar, sugar, salt, stabiliser: xanthan gum; flavourings; colour: curcumin); extra virgin olive oil 10%; white wine; salt; blossom honey 3%; modified starch; concentrated lemon juice; yeast extract; oregano 0.4%; onion; garlic; thyme; turmeric; black pepper; ginger; acidity regulator: citric acid.
Shake or stir before use if required. Store according to the instructions on the packaging and refrigerate after opening when directed by the manufacturer. Ensure meat is thoroughly cooked before serving.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
