Description

The essential oil of clary sage is women’s best friend, because it promotes the balance of the female hormonal system: a few drops of essential oil diluted in a carrier oil and massaged on the body help to reduce for example the symptoms of PMS, menopausal hot flashes or menstrual pains. Its healing properties are perfect in cases of dermatitis, insect bites or acne. Moreover, this oil has relaxing properties in case of high stress (exams, job interview, etc.) and reconciles sleep.

Use and maintenance

Gargling: place 5 drops of sage in a glass of warm water. Make prolonged rinse, at least twice a day, against aphthas, weak and bleeding gums

 

Hair lotion: diluted 5- 10% in water to purify the scalp.

Warnings

Avoid overdosing to avoid drowsiness. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Not indicated for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Never use pure.

 

Do not take internally if not properly diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Cosmetic: Add a drop to some Gisa Wellness Natural Base Cream

 

Internal: Dilute 1 drop per 100g / ml of food / drink

Diffusion: Pour 2 or 3 drops per 100 ml of water
