Description
The essential oil of clary sage is women best friend, because it promotes the balance of the female hormonal system: a few drops of essential oil diluted in a carrier oil and massaged on the body help to reduce for example the symptoms of PMS, menopausal hot flashes or menstrual pains. Its healing properties are perfect in cases of dermatitis, insect bites or acne. Moreover, this oil has relaxing properties in case of high stress (exams, job interview, etc.) and reconciles sleep.
Use and maintenance
Massage on the wrists: In case of anxiety or excessive stress and nervousness you can use 1 drop of vanilla extract diluted in half a teaspoon of carrier oil (almond, argan or other) and spread gently on the wrists.
Nerve hunger: pour two drops of vanilla on a cloth napkin that you will always carry with you and smell its scent whenever you feel it necessary.
