Rå Hygge BIO Shiitake Mushroom Coffee is an organic, filter-ground specialty coffee combining premium Arabica coffee with concentrated Shiitake mushroom extract.

The blend contains 98% organic Arabica coffee and 2% organic dual-extracted Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) mushroom extract. Each recommended 14 g serving provides approximately 280 mg of Shiitake extract, while the complete 227 g bag contains approximately 4,540 mg of Shiitake extract.

Rå Hygge uses a concentrated 10:1 Shiitake extract standardised to 30% polysaccharides. The extract is combined with organic Arabica coffee sourced from farms in Peru and medium roasted for a smooth, full-bodied coffee with subtle earthy and umami notes.

The coffee undergoes Rå Hygge's post-roasting process to produce a low-acid coffee with a pH of approximately 6–6.5.

As a filter-ground coffee, it is ready to brew without grinding and is particularly suitable for filter/drip coffee, pour-over and French press preparation.

The product is organic, vegan and free from added flavours and additives.

Each 227 g bag provides approximately 16 servings when using 14 g of coffee per cup.
