➠Creatine HCl - Creatine HCl (hydrochloride) is simply a creatine molecule bound to hydrochloric acid. As a standalone supplement, Creatine HCl has been shown to increase muscle cell volume, promoting an anabolic environment for increased muscle size. Creatine HCl has been shown to have superior properties as compared with other forms of creatine, specifically creatine monohydrate, due to its higher solubility and pH alignment with the human digestive tract. Creatine HCl increases the synthesis of a compound called adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is the body’s primary source of energy for the phosphate energy system - the energy system which the body uses to power short, sharp muscle contractions and other anaerobic activities. Creatine HCl allows your muscles to contract with more power for an increased number of repetitions, increasing your anaerobic exercise capacity. Combined with a sensible diet and workout regime, Creatine HCl allows you to train harder for longer, and stimulates muscle growth, which results in an increase in muscle strength and size.

➠Creatine AKG – a superior form of creatine, where creatine is bound to AKG. The major reason for binding creatine to AKG is that AKG is an intermediate in the Krebs cycle or the citric acid cycle (TCA cycle). The Krebs cycle takes place inside the mitochondria and serves as the main source of cellular energy by generating high-energy phosphate compounds. An increase in mitochondria is found in the cells that spend larger amounts of energy. Thus, AKG can act as a transporter of creatine to the targeted muscle cells.

➠Tri-Creatine Malate – a revolutionary form of creatine bound to a high energy malic acid molecule. This type of creatine is believed to be much more easily absorbed than the other creatines. This type of creatine requires no loading and no sugars to increase uptake by muscles. Pyruvic acid supports the absorption of creatine and facilitates its solubility in water, so that it can be easily absorbed by the body. Pyruvic acid is a keto acid that is a product of glycolysis that takes place in our cells. It enters the mitochondria in the form of acetyl-CoA and participates in the Krebs cycle. Thus, it participates in the production of energy in the cell in aerobic and anaerobic conditions, where pyruvate is converted to lactic acid in the process of lactic fermentation.

GlycoPump® 

Glycopump® is a highly concentrated form of powdered glycerol made in Germany. GlycoPump® helps prevent dehydration, improves workout performance and ensures optimum pump during endurance training. In particular, it leads to an increase in intracellular fluid to a level close to hyperhydration. Thus, it helps prevent dehydration, improves performance and strength during endurance training, and supports blood flow to muscles. Glycerol ensures appropriate muscle hydration and blunts the effects of dehydration and fatigue. GlycoPump® starts producing effects as soon as it reaches the bloodstream - that is 15 to 25 minutes after consumption. CocoMineral® is an instantized coconut water containing the key electrolytes sodium and potassium.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

➠ Workout days: Add 1 scoop of product in your shaker cup and pour 250-300 ml of cold water. Cover and shake for 20-30 seconds. Consume 1 scoop 10-20 minutes before and/or during workout.
