HOW TO USE 
➠ One pak per day with a glass of water and only after meal.

1. Multivitamin Tablet:

2. Vitamin C + Rosehip:
L-ascorbic acid, maltodextrin, bulking agent (cellulose), stabiliser [polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, silicon dioxide), calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, rosehip (Rosa canina) fruit powder.

3. Omega-3 Softgel:
Fish oil (standardised to 18% EPA and 12% DHA), capsule (gelatin), humectant (glycerol), water, antioxidant (DL-alpha-tocopherol).

4. Coenzyme Q10 Softgel:
Bulking agents (soybean oil, soybean lecithin), Coenzyme Q10, antioxidant (tocopherols), capsule (gelatin), humectant (glycerol monostearate), purified water, colour (titanium dioxide).

5. Lecithin Softgel:
Lecithin (from soybean), capsule (gelatin), humectant (glycerol), water.

6. CLA Softgel:
Safflower oil (conjugated linoleic acid, 80% free fatty acid form), capsule (gelatin), humectant (glycerol), purified water, colour (caramel), antioxidant (tocopherols).

7. Vitamin B Complex:
Bulking agents (cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), nicotinamide, D-calcium pantothenate, riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin.
