Rå Hygge BIO Moody Blues is an organic, naturally caffeine-free herbal tea combining a carefully selected botanical blend with organic Maitake mushroom extract.

The current Rå Hygge formula contains 32% nettle leaf, 20% lemon verbena, 20% rosemary, 14% chamomile and 10% soursop (graviola). Natural lemon oil complements the herbs with a fresh citrus note.

The blend also contains 2% organic Maitake mushroom extract powder. Rå Hygge states that its Maitake ingredient is dual-extracted and standardised to 30% polysaccharides.

Naturally free from caffeine, Moody Blues can be enjoyed throughout the day, including as part of an evening tea routine. The combination of nettle, lemon verbena, rosemary, chamomile, soursop and lemon creates a distinctive herbal, floral and citrus flavour profile.

The tea is certified organic, vegan and gluten-free. Each package contains 16 individually portioned 1.8 g tea bags, providing approximately 29 g in total and 16 servings.

How To Use

Place 1 tea bag (1.8 g) into a cup.

Add 250 ml of freshly boiled water at 100°C.

Allow to steep for 3–5 minutes, then remove the tea bag and enjoy.
