Rå Hygge BIO Reishi Mushroom Coffee Whole Beans is a speciality mushroom coffee combining 98% organic Arabica coffee with 2% organic Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) mushroom extract.

Made with organic Arabica coffee sourced from Peru, the beans are medium roasted and combined with dual-extracted Reishi after roasting. The result is a full-bodied coffee with an earthy aroma, subtle umami character and a smooth finish.

Rå Hygge uses a specialised post-roasting process to produce a low-acid coffee, with the product page stating an acidity of approximately pH 6.0. The whole-bean format allows the coffee to be freshly ground immediately before brewing.
