Rå Hygge BIO Shiitake Mushroom Coffee is an organic, medium-roasted whole-bean coffee combining premium Arabica coffee with concentrated Shiitake mushroom extract.

The blend consists of 98% organic Arabica coffee beans and 2% organic dual-extracted Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) mushroom extract. Each recommended 14 g serving provides approximately 280 mg of Shiitake extract.

Rå Hygge uses a 10:1 dual-extracted Shiitake extract standardised to 30% polysaccharides. The mushroom extract is blended with organic Arabica beans sourced from farms in Peru, creating a distinctive functional coffee with a smooth, full-bodied character and subtle earthy and umami notes.

The beans are medium roasted and processed to produce a lower-acidity coffee, with the manufacturer declaring a pH of approximately 6–6.5.

As a whole-bean coffee, it can be freshly ground according to your preferred brewing method, including filter, pour-over and French press.

The product is organic, vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO.
