Rå Hygge BIO Tremella And Maitake Mushroom Coffee is an organic espresso-ground specialty coffee combining premium Arabica coffee with dual-extracted Tremella and Maitake mushroom extracts.

The blend consists of 98% organic Arabica coffee, 1% organic Tremella (Tremella fuciformis) dual extract and 1% organic Maitake (Grifola frondosa) dual extract. Together, the mushroom extracts make up 2% of the total blend, equivalent to approximately 4,540 mg of combined mushroom extracts per 227 g bag.

For a 7 g single espresso serving, the declared 2% formulation provides approximately 140 mg of combined mushroom extracts, consisting of approximately 70 mg Tremella extract and 70 mg Maitake extract.

Rå Hygge uses organic Arabica coffee sourced from small organic farmer cooperatives in Peru and roasts it in small batches at its craft coffee roastery in Southern Sweden.

The Tremella and Maitake blend has a rich, full-bodied coffee character with nutty almond notes and a subtle earthy aroma. Rå Hygge also uses a post-roasting process to produce a low-acid coffee with a pH of approximately 6.0.

This version is finely ground specifically for convenient espresso preparation, eliminating the need to grind whole beans before brewing.

The product is organic, vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO.
